It is the 1965 when Joseph Philippi, said Beppe, he moves together with his wife Luisa in Trinità, in the Cuneo area, and starts working as plumber, also dedicating himself to hydraulic plumbing: it is the only one in the country, an essential service for an entire community. He passes on his passion and his teachings to 15 apprentices who come from school to “learn the trade”: many of them will later become his employees.
In 1970 It is born officially Edilceramiche: Beppe, supported by Luisa, begins to devote himself to sale of tiles and sanitary ware, with an exhibition that coincides with part of our current showroom. Over the years, the products available increase, as does their quality. A showroom that has grown over the years, together with a large warehouse: today they cover an area of 10000 square meters.
That of the Philippi is one family matter: together with Beppe and Luisa all their four children, one after the other, they start working in the company, inheriting his passion and innovative drive: one of the first, bulky personal computers in the area was ours.
